Our ethical sales policy means if you contact us you will not be hounded by aggressive sales people. Instead you will be given fair and impartial advice and information about Solar PV renewable energy systems and what that really means for you, your family or your business.
When we call to see you, we will not camp in your home for three hours until we get a sale. We will be with you for less than one hour, if that and give to you free impartial advice.
Below is our ethical sales code:
- Customer service is key to us. We want you to be a happy customer. That’s how we will grow as a company – through recommendation!
- We are MCS accredited with the NICEIC and are registered with REAL (Renewable energy Assurance Scheme)
- We only employ ethical and honest trained engineers who carry out the site surveys through to undertaking the installation for you.
- We work closely with our suppliers so that we can source the best quality materials that are available to us to ensure that installations are carried out to the very highest standards.
- We offer long warranties with our products and services.
- Don’t expect big discounts from us, because we always quote our best price first time. However, we will try and beat comparative quotes if possible, but only when you are ready to place an order.
- Our commitment to superior service delivery is our top priority, however should you need any assistance we are always here to help.
- We do not push one manufacturer. Often we will offer a choice of manufacturers to choose from.
- If you make an enquiry, we won’t pester you with lots of sales calls.
- We never share our customer or enquiry database with any other companies.
- If we don’t think a Solar PV renewable energy technology is suitable for your home or business, we will tell you.
